Applications

Applications for 2012 Forum will open Friday, May 11th. Each year there is a high level of interest in attending the Forum, and the number of applications exceed our capacity. Delegates will be notified of their acceptance on a rolling basis. Should your application be unsuccessful, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. Applications for 2012 Forum close August 10.
